Keep play within its limits
Gambling should remain planned paid entertainment—one optional part of an evening at sea.
Decide before play begins
Set a spending amount and a finishing time before entering the casino. Treat that amount as an entertainment cost, separate from the cruise fare and daily expenses. Do not borrow to gamble or use money reserved for travel, bills or other commitments.
Take regular breaks. A pause makes it easier to notice how long you have played and whether the experience still feels comfortable. Losses should never be chased; increasing wagers does not recover control.
Clear conditions on board
Age and identification
Casino access and gambling activities are restricted to guests aged 18 or over. Valid identification may be required.
Separate transactions
Chips, wagers and casino balances are not included in the cruise ticket. The cashier can explain account settlement.
Hours and availability
Casino hours depend on the ship’s position and maritime regulations. Games may vary by vessel and voyage.
Ask for assistance
Staff can explain rules, table limits, chip procedures and how to close a casino balance. If play stops feeling like planned entertainment, step away and speak with casino reception about available support and access restrictions.
Choosing not to play is always a complete evening choice. The lounges, music and promenade deck remain available without gambling.
